The Saint June is a high-end residential apartment complex situated on the edge of Texas Hill Country. The architecture and landscape architecture is focused on integrating the built environment within the context of the surrounding native conditions. Hundreds of large caliper trees have been planted throughout the site along with dozens of native ornamentals. Walking trails pass through interconnected areas around the property. Impervious cover was limited to only a few area with gravel parking and pervious concrete making up the bulk of paved conditions.
